Description
Robert Half is working with a green energy company to find a self-motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst to assess every aspect the daily business operations. For this position, you will examine existing and new systems for improvement, report common issues, evaluate company performance, and recommend new system procedures. To excel in this position, you should be an experienced detail oriented with in-depth knowledge of business processes and business system analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will also be dedicated and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requirements- 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of business systems software platforms. College Degree with IT or Business Process major/focus preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. BI tools experience desired (Power BI preferred)
- Strong Data Analysis and Modeling experience and understanding of data structures
- Broad technical acumen including comfort with relational databases, and data structures (Quickbase experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance, prioritize, and manage multiple projects of differing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to comfortably communicate with all levels of the organization. Create comprehensive and accurate documentation
- Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment and a strong sense of accountability in an environment committed to continuous improvement and agile development
