Infrastructure Architect

This is a direct hire, it is not a contract. Our client is in Louisville, CO. There is flexibility to work from home when physical presence is not required to complete tasks.This is a true innovative lab environment.Seeking an Engineer or Architect to support the management of a cloud-native lab environment. This individual will work closely with engineers and participating vendors to ensure that the next generation headend has the needed configuration and functionality to support both internal innovation projects and proofs of concept (POCs) as well as vendor’s development efforts.• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or telecommunications or related 4-year degree or comparable demonstrated experience. Master's degree preferred.• Kubernetes on a bare metal Linux environment • Red Hat OpenShift preferred• Git, Ansible and ArgoCD & Kustomize preferred• DevOps, GitOps, and Agile methodologies is a must.• Python, Unix scripting and familiarity with YAML• Edge compute technologies and Multi-Access Edge Compute (MEC) is a plus.• Service orchestration systems is a plus.• Travel as needed.• Linux system administration and networking.• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)• Service orchestration systems is a plus.
