Position : Database Architect Location : Loveland, Colorado Job Description: Technical/Functional Skills
- Embedded Database such as SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL. TCP/IP and networking fundamentals. GIT, JIRA, AGILE, ATLASSIAN
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in embedded databases such as SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Experience in Memory, USB, Ethernet, LCD Proven aptitude of translating business requirements into data models.
- Minimum 5+ years in architecting the interface between frontend UI and backend business logic
- Experience with TCP/IP and networking fundamentals will be added advantage.
- Proven experience with database techniques to reduce size and improve performance.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Experience with common 32/64-bit microcontroller architectures.
- Experience with reactive and adaptive design patterns and techniques
- Hands-on experience with hardware board bring-up and low level driver development
- Experience with Agile Development using Jira and the Atlassian Suite.
- Experience with Architecture patterns such as publish/subscribe, data serialization, and task/process synchronization techniques.
- Developing junior engineers and a passion for growing staff within the organization
- Experimenting with emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact what comes next
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes across all levels in the organization
- Provide advice and guidance on overall technical deployment
- Provide advice and guidance on project dependencies, overall solution, risks and issues to support project management activities
- Managing complex technology integration projects
- Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
- Management of complete Life cycle of the project.
- Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving
