POSITION:DriverDriver needed for transporting adults within the MontroseCounty service area. Looking for a professional candidate with patience,compassion and flexibility!ESSENTIAL DUTIES:1. Safely operate a small transit bus for use on flex route in MontroseCounty.2. Must be able to read and correctly comprehend street signs, maps, routesheets, and directions.3. Must be able to safely operate vehicle and perform general pre-tripinspections per company standards.4. Must be able to work without direct supervision.REQUIREMENTS:1. Must be able to operate a 12 passenger, 1 wheelchair bus.2. Valid Colorado Drivers License.3. Motor Vehicle Record in good standing for the prior three years.4. Assist clients on and off the bus, when needed.5. Ability to work with a positive attitude.6. Must be presentable and display a professional appearance at all times.WAGE:$13.00 - $15.00 per hour. Potential for performance raises.SHIFT:The position is Monday-Friday with a split shift rotation required.Morning shift is: 6:15am - 9:30am.Afternoon shift is: 2:00 - 5:00pm.JOB SITE:1. Transportation bus located and stored at an automotive shop in Montrose,Colorado.2. The shop location is the daily starting and ending point.3. Must be comfortable driving in all year round weather conditions.BENEFITS:1. Monday through Friday work schedule.2. Closed all major holidays.3.
