This position requires comprehensive dental insurance knowledge with EagleSoft experience preferred.
Job requirements and qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of insurance coding
Submitting and following up on insurance claims daily
Ability to create detailed treatment plans for oral surgery patients
Consults with patients to review oral surgery treatment plans and schedule necessary appointments
Knowledge of payment options and ability to guide patients through these options to find the best payment
methods for each individual
Consultative approach to financial options with patients based on treatment plan needed
General knowledge of oral surgery and general dentistry
Prioritize and juggle multiple projects and tasks
Excellent organizational skills
Provide administrative support to the entire team
Minimum 2 years of recent dental front desk experience
