RN/LPN Requirements:
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in CO
1-year nursing experience
Pediatric experience preferred
OASIS familiarity preferred
CNA Requirements:
CO CNA License
BLS Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
Valid Drivers License
Negative TB Test (Preferred not required)
