SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Perform duties to maintain safe, secure, clean, well-kept and well-functioning facilities, grounds, and machinery/equipment.
Provide miscellaneous and general assistance as well as project support throughout organization (general repairs and up-keep, general equipment maintenance and repairs, fleet/company vehicles, office moves or repairs, special events set-up, etc.).
SUMMARY OF CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Some experience performing facilities maintenance, general maintenance, equipment/machine maintenance, or equivalent.
Some mechanical skills and experience using general shop or maintenance tools and equipment. Skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical maintenance, construction, and grounds keeping (highly desired).
Ability to operate a forklift.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and to be entrusted with unmonitored access to company owned property and resources.
Ability to read and follow rules, work instructions, procedures, etc. accurately and consistently (self-discipline).
Intermediate math and PC skills (Microsoft Office).
Strong organizational skills as well as ability to effectively multi-task.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy of work in fast paced environment.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited to no direct supervision.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse individuals in a fast paced environment.
Valid Colorado Drivers License with clean driving record and ability to be covered under company policy.
