Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $22/hour (+ $3/hour shift differential for night shift)
Shifts: Monday –Thursday, Days 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, plus Friday OT as needed

Job Overview
Join a growing team in a large-scale manufacturing environment! We are seeking skilled Welders who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to safety. This role involves MIG welding on mild steel (and some stainless), material preparation, sanding, grinding, and layout work in a climate-controlled facility.
Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work
Maintain welding equipment and replenish consumables
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate in a fast-paced production environment
Required Skills
Proficiency in welding techniques: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy-Acetylene
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with large-diameter rolling and crane operation
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles
Preferred Skills
Fabrication and assembly experience
Previous production environment experience
Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
