Griffis Blessing, Inc. has an immediate opening for an accomplished professional to manage a mixed use commercial portfolio in Colorado Springs, to include operations, contracting, lease administration, construction supervision, owner/tenant/service provider relations, financial analysis, monthly reporting to owners, and annual Budgets and CAM Reconciliations. Qualifications for a successful candidate are five years’ experience in commercial property management and a Colorado Real Estate Brokers license, or the willingness to obtain one shortly after joining us, and a college degree. Experience with Yardi and professional designation preferred (CPM, RPA, FMA or CSM).
