- Examining the source of complications and organizing actions needed in order to resolve the problem
- Responsible for utilizing business knowledge to report and perform analytics on user data
- Maintaining awareness of new product releases and improvements to maximize benefits from systems in place
- Experience with the configuration of record types, sales processes, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes and Process Builder Flows
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional collaboration skills in order to act as a liaison between the technical team and other business departments within the organization
