We are looking for manager who has great customer service skills, work well with others, are self-motivated, has a great work ethic and love to ski/board and bike among many other things! If this is you then we'd love to talk to you about working in our business.
Our business consists of 3 ski/snowboard rental shops and 1 full service bike shop (summer) located in the Winter Park area. We are family owned and started our business in 1995. We have a variety of positions to fill for this winter and we would love to talk to you about being part of our team
Seeking year round manager/assistant manager for our bike shop and ski rental shop.
Store is ski rental during the ski season of November through April.
Store changes to full service bike shop Late April through October. Emphasis on sales, repair and rental. This is not a high volume shop yet focuses on quality and mid to high end bikes. Bike rental consists of mountain bikes focusing on cross country and trail riding.
2+ years bike experience required with knowledge and ability to do most bike repairs with an emphasis on mountain bikes. We would like to increase our bike shop sales and am ideally seeking the right person to make this happen.
2+ years experience in ski shop or ski rental shop.
Resort based experience is a plus.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager (we have 3 ski rental shops in the winter) and owners. Operations manager is based in the same location Beavers Sports Shop.
If you do not have the exact experience we seek tell us why you would be a good fit for the job.
You would be monitoring all aspects of the bike shop in the summer with assistance from the Operations Manager and owners.
You would need to be able to demonstrate leadership and work with other managers, staff and owners to build the best possible team.

Salary: DOE $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
