The Dillon Marina is currently seeking highly motivated professionals with outgoing personalities and a strong work ethic to fill our Marina Crew positions. Training will be provided on all marina operations, but we cannot train you in customer service. Either you have it or you don't! If you don't and don't like interacting with all kinds of people every day, no need to apply!
As a team member at the Dillon Marina your well-rounded responsibilities will include: booking boat rental, sailing school and tour reservations, performing boat operation orientations, boat refueling and daily maintenance, boat inspections at the launch ramp, retail sales and inventory, daily sales reconciliation, general office duties, upkeep of marina store, rental dock and grounds, event planning and more! Experience in the Microsoft suite, Point of Sale and QuickBooks software strongly preferred. Sailing experience helpful, and a whiz with all social media platforms a huge plus! If you've got all that and more, we want to talk to you!
Mandatory Requirements: Valid COLORADO driver's license as well as the ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays, throughout the summer season.
