Position: Guest Services Manager

Department Overview: The front desk is typically approached by guests with comments, complaints, or service requests either upon check in/out or during their stay. The reservations department is responsible for overseeing each reservation that comes through, and every owner booking, to make sure there are no overbookings or issues with future stays.

Job Overview: Represents the company to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. Oversees the personnel and daily operations of both the front desk and reservations department. This person will work closely with the Director of Sales, and the Director of Marketing to understand all aspects of a guest or owner stay. They will resolve issues with disgruntled customers while providing exemplary service. Must possess the ability to manage people and maintain a clean and efficient front desk area with accountable staff.

Qualifications: Hospitality or property management experience preferred. Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred. Good organization & computer skills. Time management. Excellent communication. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiar with Breckenridge.

Other Information: General flexibility in scheduling is required. Holidays and weekends are required. Salaried Wage. Full Time, Year Round. Benefits Offered.
