Keystone Science School is currently seeking Instructors, Leads, and Managers for our Summer Camp and Summer CATCH Camp Programs!

Summer CATCH Camp is a full-day program operating 5 days a week for three sessions (3 weeks each). The program is offered to Summit School District elementary students entering grades 1-5, with priority to students who have participated in our After School Program and former Summer CATCH Camp students. CATCH is a nationwide initiative and stands for Coordinated Approach to Child Health. The curriculum is designed to promote healthy physical activity and eating behaviors in children, and it is aimed to equip children with the knowledge and skills to make healthy decisions, all while having fun! Through fun activities and off-site adventures, including swimming, fishing, tumbling, scavenger hunts, tennis, and biking, Summer CATCH Campers will learn as they play, develop new skills, and make friends. Summer CATCH Camp positions include:

Summer CATCH Camp Student Facilitator

Keystone Science Schools day and residential Camp programs combine hands-on science education, with traditional camp fun, and a true Colorado adventure! The Crossover Instructor is a teaching position responsible for facilitating the wide variety of curricula and activities offered at KSS, including hikes, camping excursions, and science lessons. The Crossover Instructor is the primary caregiver for children attending programming. This is one of the most popular positions at KSS due to the changing weekly schedule that allows the Instructor to experience a variety of KSS programs, to work with a various of age groups, and to provide support where it is needed most.
