We are a general contracting firm building houses and additions. All work will be contract per job. Remote work is fine provided that your site visits are affordable.
Right now we are in search of someone that could do that engineering on a 523 square foot garage additions. Simple, five sided flat roof building. We are hoping to get the foundation in the ground before the Winter freeze. We will need to get the stamped plans from you as soon as possible in order to submit to the county so we can begin work.

We will be monitoring the responses through the evenings and on weekends. So the quicker you can get your info to us the better. I will include the basic architectural drawings we've already had done and checked off by owner. The building will be all ICF including the roof/ceiling.
