Long time, established catering company in Summit County is seeking a banquet captain.
Ready to start ASAP
For the rest of off-season, you can expect 2-5 shifts per month, in the summer it will be more full-time.
The right person for this job will have a flexible schedule and be able to work varying shift times. You will almost always have plenty of notice before an event.
Skills:
- General food handling and preparation
- Great communications skills with staff and guests
- Great customer service with direct interactions with party guests / planners / brides
- Be ready to lead and manage a crew on larger events
- Must be able and willing to drive the company van to events
- General knowledge of Summit County geography and locations a plus
