Description
Avanti F&B, a high volume food collective with multiples bars, is coming to Vail and looking for a person to perform bar prep with a great attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate will be available to work full time year round. They must also maintain a professional demeanor, and ability to communicate the concept of Avanti to guests. They must be a team player that can handle high volume for extended periods of time. We are looking for someone with high energy and drive that has the stamina to run full shifts with limited down time. Our bar prep people are committed to supporting our bartenders to ultimately providing a great guest experience. Responsibilities
Prebatch cocktails
Prepare syrups, garnishes & juices for
Help maintain overall cleanliness of bar
Support Bartenders, as needed
Ensure Bar environment is safe
Qualifications
Bar knowledge & Ability to learn Avanti's drink menu
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
Compensation
$11.40/hour + tips
