Barrio Social restaurant in Vail, featuring Spanish and Latino fusion cuisine is seeking experienced P.M. team members to work with us. We are looking for individuals who have the desire to learn and grow with our forward thinking culinary program. Some knowledge of Spanish or Latin cuisine is a plus. This is a year round position with excellent growth possibilities within the company. Applicants must apply in person to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare station daily
- Ability to work in a high volume work environment
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Being a team player
- Has a passion for cooking
- Consistency in preparation and execution of all items prepared
- Good communication skills with customers and other employees
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to work quickly, efficiently and be able to respond to various demands that may arise
