As a bartender your primary focus is making sure each guest is having a good time. You must be able to build a positive rapport with people very quickly.
Greet all guests entering restaurant with a smile.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
Knowledge of menu and give guests recommendations
Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a friendly and timely manner.
Ensure guest's satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Ensure serving station is well- stocked and all side work is complete.
Go above and beyond for any guests special requests.
Help maintain a clean and attractive by sweeping and general cleaning.
