McGuire Moorman Hospitality is an Austin, Texas based hospitality and lifestyle-group that designs and operates award-winning restaurants, which was founded in 2006 by partners, restauranteurs, and chefs Larry McGuire and Tom Moorman. Restaurants include: Joann's Fine Foods (2018), Lou's Bodega (2018), Pool Burger (2017), Junes All Day (2016) Jeffreys (2013), Josephine House (2013), Clarks Oyster Bar (2012), Elizabeth Street Café (2011), Perlas (2009), and Lamberts Downtown Barbecue (2006).
The Aspen outpost of popular Austin-based seafood restaurant, Clark's Oyster Bar will re-opening for the summer season. Its a chic neighborhood spot that will be known for its raw bar, seafood specialties, cocktails, and wine list. The raw bar will serve a variety of East and West Coast oysters, crudo, ceviche, and seafood towers while the kitchen favorites include lobster rolls, crab cakes, mussels and clams, and fresh catch of the day. A list of sustainable caviars will also be available with classic accompaniment and warm cornmeal blinis.
