Here is a snapshot of your new job:
Lead a team of 8-12 staff by demonstrating exemplary customer service, portion control, and presentation, all while maintaining a tone of professionalism throughout
Monitor sales trends to schedule ideal staffing requirements while controlling labor costs
Sustain operational inventory levels by placing regular vendor orders
Manage high-quality ice cream and waffle cone production standards while meeting heavy volume demands
Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and appearance throughout the store
Recruit, hire, and train talented team members when needed
Participate in and contribute to regular staff, management, and leadership meetings
