As a maintenance Tech, you will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. The ideal candidate will like to work with their hands and have a knack for home repairs. This position is mainly out in the field so the ideal candidate will enjoy being active and interacting with guests.
No prior Maintenance work experience is needed but it is prefered.
Entry Level Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
(other tasks may be assigned as needed)
Conducting routine inspections of properties and equipment
Performing preventative maintenance
Changing light bulbs/batteries
Troubleshooting TV and Internet issues
Replacing garbage disposals
Troubleshooting appliances
Servicing hot tubs
Shoveling, snow removal
Respond to guest service calls
Update work orders with relevant information
Communicate regularly with coordinators, supervisors and owner team
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
Ability and desire to learn new skills
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Eye for detail
Professional presentation and attitude
Ability to maintain focus while working alone or with a team
Customer service skills
Strong communication skills both written and orally
Ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods of time
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
