Responsibilities:
Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff, nurturing a team that embodies our commitment to exceptional service and teamwork.
Food Quality Oversight: Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation, maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence.
Financial Management: Utilize your familiarity with financial statements to effectively manage labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.
Scheduling and Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide your team, creating a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
