What Youll Do
As the Guest Services Agent, you are the face of our property! You will be responsible for booking reservations for guests and owners, processing check-ins/check-outs for guests, acting as advocate for guests during their stay including processing all guest inquiries and/or complaints, etc. We expect our employees to uphold the highest level of Guest and Owner satisfaction while also having fun!
