Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Breakfast Supervisor will schedule breakfast attendants, purchase and restock food supplies, manage daily breakfast operations, set and maintain policies and procedures for breakfast operations, and will perform breakfast attendant duties.
Responsibilities:
Prepare staff schedule
Supervise breakfast attendants
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food and beverage preparation
Maintain records of stock and usage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Assist in the development of policies, procedures
Maintain stocks levels in conjunction with set budgets
Maintain and adjust breakfast menu and determine related food and labor costs.
Prepare weekly timesheets and submit to FOM.

Qualifications
Strong guest service skills, a passion for hospitality and a positive and friendly attitude.
Cool headed thinker able to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment.
Must be available to work early mornings including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
