The Town of Vail is now hiring an Asset Management Analyst to be responsible for the Department of Public Works/Transportations GIS-centric asset management, cost accounting, and work order Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This system supports the day-to-day operations of the Streets, Facility Maintenance, and Parks Divisions. Under the direction of the Town of Vails General Services Administrator and the GIS Coordinator, the Asset Management Analyst will perform a full range of CMMS functions and serves as an integral team member in the establishment and integration of work flow processes for asset management, GIS, cost accounting and work order tasks. The position plays a key role in the geodatabase and asset management database collection, creation, assembly, and accuracy.
