Construction Laborer
A homebuilder based in Breckenridge, CO is in need of a full-time laborer to assist in the construction of residential homes. Primary responsibilities will include assisting construction managers in the management of multiple jobsites during the construction process. Specific duties include jobsite clean-up and organization, protecting cabinets/doors/floors during construction, temporary heat set up/break down, power washing, snow removal as needed, and punch list work (drywall patching, paint touch up, minor cleaning, etc.)
Position Requirements
A successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work within a team. This position is an entry level position but may lead to increasing responsibility for a hard-working candidate. The ideal candidate will have a majority of the qualifications or skills listed below:
A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive trailers as needed
Ability to communicate in English through phone, text, and email
Able to lift 70 pounds or more
Reliable with strong work ethic
Legal ability to work in the United States
Compensation:
Hourly Pay is $22 per hour with a performance and compensation review following 60 days of employment.
