POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center, which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center, serving more than 150,000 guests annually. The Janitorial Manager is primarily responsible for cleanliness and appearance of public spaces including but not limited to public bathrooms, lobbies, hallways and stairwells and entryways in all facilities. The Janitorial Manager is also responsible for timely delivery of functional and clean guest amenities. Must be familiar with and able to operate and maintain cleaning equipment including but not limited to truck mounted carpet cleaner/extractor and heat treatment unit.
Hourly Pay Range: $12.38 - $13.93 with full benefits including health, dental, and life insurance, vacation/PTO, participation in YMCA retirement plan, access to all YMCA of the Rockies facilities, discounted nights at YMCA of the Rockies lodges, ski passes, and more.
