Tiger Run Resort is searching for Maintenance Technicians.
We are seeking a property manager/maintenance tech to perform a variety of skilled duties. Tiger Run Resort hiring maintenance professional who is looking for work in Breckenridge, Colorado. Dynamic work environment is both challenging and rewarding. Providing general maintenance as needed on individually owned RV Lots and Cabins. Fast paced and fun environment! Pay is based on experience and a Ski pass provided!
OVERVIEW
Resort Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity RV Sites, Cabins, and surroundings. This includes home/building maintenance repairs, a responsibility for the cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. Technicians are responsible for caring for properties owned by the HOA members while insuring that guests have great vacation experiences.
JOB DUTIES
Routine maintenance & minor repairs to rental homes, facilities, and streets as needed
Complete checklists of properties conditions
Minor landscaping, irrigation, and ground care
Maintain cleanliness around the resort and ensure guests are respectful of property
Upkeep amenities which may include clubhouses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, resort offices, restrooms, laundry areas, bath houses, and maintenance garage
Assist manager with supervision of service contractors.
Conduct Irrigation system repairs and inspections when need
Inspect playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure everything is in good condition, making minor repairs as needed
Ensure all resort streets and public access routes are free of hazards/plowed
Maintain resort pool, hot tub(s), test chemical levels, and adjust appropriately, where applicable
Maintain resort vehicles and equipment.
Follow safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies
Other duties may be assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
Job applicants must be reliable, easy to work with, and focused on providing adequate customer service. Good organization and communication skills are a must.
MUST LIVE IN SUMMIT COUNTY! No relocation bonus or housing included!
Previous maintenance experience in a campground or RV resort, preferred
Knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair work
Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance
Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
Ability to use computer systems for reporting
