We are an established, busy dental office looking for a full-time Front Office Coordinator to join our stellar team! Experience in the dental or medical industry is a plus but we're happy to teach the right go-getter!

Responsibilities Include:
-Handling patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
-Scheduling doctor & hygiene appointments appropriately
-Verifying patient insurance & claim submission
-Collecting patient payments & reconciling End of Day reports
-Working with the doctors to create and present patient treatment plans and estimates
-Corresponding with specialists and other dental offices to facilitate referrals
-Keeping patient confidentiality at the highest priority
-Managing social media as well as company-community involvement
-Finding/Fielding new marketing and advertising strategies
Hours vary Monday-Thursday and every other Friday for approximately 35 hours per week. Pay is negotiable and depends on experience. Full-time benefits include dental, assistance with medical, PTO & bonus program. Dental assistants encouraged to apply.
