Mountain Comfort Furnishings & Design is Summit County's home furnishings leader since 1986, featuring a complete range of in-stock home furnishings, lighting, accessories and window coverings. We have an immediate opening for a full time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant.
Areas of primary responsibility include:
Bookkeeping enter and reconcile purchase orders, vendor invoices and customer sales receipts
Communicate (both in verbal and written form) with staff, suppliers and vendors
Accounts payable duties
Freight tracking and claims resolution
Other duties may include:
Answering phone calls, taking messages
Data entry
General store housekeeping tasks
Other office tasks as assigned
Required skills:
2 years experience as a Bookkeeper
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Self starter
Willingness to be a team player
Experience in the furniture industry preferred
Must have excellent computer and organizational skills
Experience with MS Office and Quickbooks
