La Bottega Restaurant is a popular and well established business located in Vail, Colorado. The position of Bookkeeper/ Office Manager entails overseeing food and beverage controls for La Bottega Restaurant and Delizioso Market as well as La Taberna Iberica.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and social skills to work with us. A strong background in bookkeeping as well a managerial organization will be an intricate part of your success in this operation. You will be working closely with the management team and involved with all of our great team to make for a great working environment. This is a flexible work schedule and a great opportunity for someone who needs an adaptable work schedule

Responsibilities:

- Checking invoices daily for accuracy, reconciling with vendors and making inventory and invoice entries daily

- Inspecting all lunch and dinner servers drops for accuracy. Reconcile and maintain daily records.

- Daily input of changes, employee info and overseeing computer issues as necessary

- Bookkeeping for the various outlets including payment to vendors

- Restaurant clerical and computer related skills necessary.

- Maintenance of Payroll and employee new hires and all files

- Adept at Social Media

- Website changes and integration

Qualifications and Skills:

- Excellent organizational skills

- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience

- Two years previous experience in a supervisory position

- Knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations

- Excellent computer skills including Quickbooks, Excel, Inventory programs Office Pro

- Knowledge of Restaurant POS systems, specifically Toast

- Ability to work well with others and great Social skills

- Honest, dedicated and hard working
