About Breckenridge Distillery
We are not your typical small company, and currently, we are seeking someone who is not your typical Retail Cashier! Maybe its our award-winning bourbon talking, or the fact that our people are amazing, but were excited to be hiring a retail team member to help take us to the next level.
Breckenridge Distillery is a small company with big plans, and we need to find a great fit for the skill sets needed, as well as, someone looking for a unique culture. Candidates will also understand how dynamic it can be working in a small company that is growing, while still being able to enjoy a great work/life balance.
Essential Responsibilities:
Handle cash transactions with customers
Scan goods and collect payments
Issue receipts, refunds change or tickets
Redeem stamps and coupons
Make sales referrals, cross-sell productions and introduce new ones
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Keep reports of transactions
Bag, box or wrap packages
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales
Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc.)
Strong communication and time management skills
Customer satisfaction-oriented
Attention to detail and mathematical skills
Sales skills
High School Degree
Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Must be 21 years of age
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Able to stand and walk for up for long period of time
