We are seeking applicants with at least three years retail experience to fill an assistant manager position that will cover our two Eagle county locations. Applicants need to be super friendly and outgoing, know our types of products, and would love to educate our customers about all the stuff we sell. Our laid back and friendly atmosphere actually allows us to make friends with our customers, which range from 'just-moved-here ski bums,' to 'grew-up-here locals,' to 'just-on-vacation guests.' You will get to meet people from all over the world and learn how our artwork is produced.
First opened in 2002, the Get Hi Gallery is the oldest Headshop in the area and we have had multiple employees work for us for over five and even ten years! We specialize in high quality, local made, functioning glass art pieces and we carry the newest and greatest electronic smoking and vaping devices. We also stock the Valley's only diverse selection of adult toys and gifts.
Duties include but, are not limited to: opening shop, greeting and helping customers, maintaining a clean sales floor (This will be a big part of your day. It's a glass shop, there is a lot of cleaning), inventory control, operations management, operating cash registers, and closing shop. It's a fun and easy job for the right candidate.
This is a full-time, salaried position. Base pay is dependent on experience. We offer a benefits package plus bonuses and commission. We also offer a ski pass program for full-time employees.
