Southern Exposure is seeking a salon experience specialist to join our salon family. This position represents the front desk and is the core of the salon; responsible for managing scheduling, the client experience, upkeep and sanitation of facilities, salon supply levels and replenishment, retail inventory, administrative tasks, staff liaison and overall daily workflow.
The right candidate will have a natural attention to detail and ability to multitask while keeping a smile on their face. Effective communication, professional personal/social skills and flexibility are also key traits. Must work well with different types of personalities!
Position reports to the owner and is full-time and year-round, part-time options also available. Annual $500 Ski, Rec or Health reimbursement program available. Product and tanning discounts. Discounted Hair and Nail services after 3 mo.

EDUCATION
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Required: Two or more years' experience in a retail and/or service industry, with heavy concentration on customer service and/or sales.
Preferred: Salon experience.
