The Photography Concierge is looking for a talented career minded individual to be the property sales manager in Avon, Colorado. We are a specialized photography service that operates within luxury hotels and resorts.
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for sourcing leads and executing sales, operations management, customer relationship management, social media marketing and other photography and graphic design responsibilities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background, management experience, and/or photography experience. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, GREAT customer service skills, must enjoy sales, and must be outgoing and enthusiastic about working with all types of clientele. They must possess a passion for service, while being highly organized and with a strong ability to source new business.

Salary Structure:
Annual Base Salary with an opportunity of Monthly and Quarterly bonuses if total gross sales requirements are met.
Primary Responsibilities:
> Set up and management of daily operations
> Booking appointments and handling sales
> Scheduling and management of team members
> Customer Relationship Management
> Managing inventory and supplies
> Social Media Marketing
> Product Fulfillment
> Organizing and executing photo sessions when needed
> Administrative duties.

Our Sales manager will be responsible to:
Actively seek out new clientele and produce new business
Presentation and sales of photos and content to our guests and clients
Work closely with staff to establish appropriate marketing touch points
Represent our company to the highest level of service and performance at all times while adhering to all resort regulations and policies
Maintain confidentiality of pictures and guest's information.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma / 4 year College degree
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively interact with guests and co-workers
Previous experience work/school in the photography industry is preferred
Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
Willing to work a varied seasonal schedule, flexible hours/schedule including holidays
Demonstrate a positive and professional image Reliable Transportation

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
