Deck Construction Project Manager.
Position is to manage most aspects of deck construction projects around Summit and Eagle Counties and requires experience with most aspects of deck/outdoor construction management. Our other companies have grown and we need help to manage projects.
Necessary Experience and Skills:
+ Experienced outdoor construction team/crew management (decks, pergolas, fences, railings, steps, etc)
+ Knowledge of framing, stringers, steps, concrete, installing wood and/or composite decking
+ Order Materials, help with estimates
+ Manage crews to complete work on time
+ Work in Summit and/or Eagle County
+ Tool Knowledge
+ Basic Computer skills
+ Read Basic engineering plans
This position is flexible and so is the income. Pay is based on how many projects you can get completed. Deck sizes vary so we prefer to have you as a 1099 so you can control your income. We have a ton of deck jobs, if you can get them built and be independent, you can earn and outstanding income.
