Come be a part of our mission!The NOALS team at Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Documentation & Data Management Analyst based out of Schriever SFB, in Colorado Springs, CO.Responsibilities:
  • Maintains a controlled documentation system, record retention, and information services functions including electronic records retention processes.
  • Ensures compliance to the requirements from regulatory agencies.
  • Maintains the technical and non-technical documentation change system.
  • Interprets and enforces all documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements.
This position can be staffed at a level 3 or 4, based on the basic qualifications below. Basic Qualifications:
  • Level 3: Bachelor's degree & 6 years of relevant experience or 4 years & a Master's degree. 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI with active polygraph.
  • Level 4: Bachelor's degree & 10 years of relevant experience or 8 years & a Master's degree. 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active TS/SCI with active polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Documentation management and data experience

Salary Range: $76,200 USD - $114,400 USD

Salary Range 2: $94,500 USD - $141,700 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
