Job Description

SNI Technology's is immediately seeking to hire a Project Manager for an exciting full-time opportunity located in Broomfield, CO.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager II is responsible for the oversight of medium to large size projects, including resource utilization, budgets, enforcement of project schedules, appropriate communication to all stakeholders, and the execution of project work plans. Performs system and workflow analysis to improve productivity and to alleviate bottlenecks. Serves as the liaison between the project teams and management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Manage system enhancements and new system implementation projects - Core, Lending Management, Digital Services, and other credit union systems.
  • Define program/project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Creates cross-functional project teams
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • A champion of cooperation and collaboration among department staff and other departments
  • Identifies and implements project changes/interventions to achieve completion.
  • Acts as a liaison with lines of business and IT teams to expedite projects or problem resolution as it relates to product development, system upgrades and new releases
  • Works closely with Marketing and Training teams to ensure adequate communication and training is provided
  • Assists with developing sound project strategy. Performs system and workflow analysis to improve productivity and to alleviate bottlenecks.
  • Identifies opportunities for business process improvement and makes recommendations
  • Performs system and process testing to ensure quality
  • Conduct project post implementation reviews
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

KNOWLEDGE AREAS
  • Financial and non-Financial Industry systems including, but not limited to, Core systems (Symitar), Lending Management Systems (FICS, Encompass, MeridianLink, CUDL), Online Banking and Mobile (Alkami), SharePoint, Web Applications, Unified Communications, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Project Management and Process Improvement Methodologies - PMI, Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban
  • Skilled in coordinating system enhancements and development of new software, within project controls. Experience in working independently and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.
  • Expanding operations into new locations, opening new branches
  • Mergers and Acquisitions

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Three years or more experience managing projects independently
  • Understands the importance of bringing value to members (customers)
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills and an understanding of competitive analysis.
  • Excellent conceptual, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain, analyze and communicate information
  • Possess strong interpersonal, problem solving skills, and creativity.
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees at the credit union.
  • Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills
  • Skilled in coordinating system enhancements and development of new software, within project controls.
  • Experience in working independently and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.
  • Experience managing real estate projects - new construction and remodeling - new site launches
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business/system analysis, project management or equivalent work experience/demonstrated knowledge in managing projects
  • PMP (PMI Project Management Professional) Certification Preferred
  • Must be Bondable

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

The compensation for this position is in the range of $66K to $82K annually + 8% annual bonus(pro-rated) + full benefits.
