Position: SAP FICO Location - Westminster Colorado(Remote till Covid) General Functions
- Has a clear understanding of the SAP Finance functionality and remains current on SAP FI product offerings and capabilities.
- SAP FICO modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost and Profit Centre Accounting (CPA) and Internal Orders
- Good understanding of the integration with MM and SD
- Leads efforts to analyse and translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications, data flow diagrams and data models
- Recommend changes needed to corresponding master data
- Document all customizing and program changes
- Writes requirement and technical specifications as well as test scripts
- Test all customizing and program changes
- Keep systems and applications in a validated state according to legal and corporate requirements with respect to, e.g., FDA, T V and SOX
- Manage, update and communicate status of open issue list assigned
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments within the functional area of responsibility as well as the application/module that you are responsible for
