Works with the business to understand current data structures and master data requirements, to assist in establishing the appropriate data governance model including policies, processes and controls.

Support data governance stewards in adapting data governance model to support changes in the Source to Pay (S2P) process

Develop and apply understanding of S2P business operations to recommend and implement enhancements to global reporting strategy and proactively alert business and functional areas to opportunities for applying reporting to meet business challenges

Maintain reporting deliverable roadmap and develop / deliver reports in accordance with approved timeline

Lead research and validations needed to maintain S2P Master Data

Audit the overall data quality for application data elements including utilizing data quality reports and using available tools to build and complete audits

Works with the business to document KPI’s and along with IT identify ways to systematically generate related data

Partner with IT to ensure that all data (structured and unstructured) is accessible to the appropriate users

Work with the business functions to define and create reporting persona’s used to create reporting dashboards

Communicate and align business and IT stakeholders on assessment outcomes

Represent data as a strategic business asset to Senior Management including participating in gap analysis of performance of existing reporting tools

Qualifications:

Minimally requires education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred 4 years of experience in S2P, preferably in a system deployment

Firm understanding of Master Data and Metadata Management

Prefer minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sourcing, Purchasing or Supply Chain management

Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP (ECC or S4 HANA) or JDE systems preferred

Experience with relational databases, e.g. SQL or IBM DB2

Strong collaboration skills in order to partner effectively across various levels of the organization

Strong coaching skills with the ability to motivate

Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers

Project management techniques with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Ability to exercise professional judgment and experience to evaluate risks and manage outcomes

Ability to problem solve by applying knowledge, skills and experience

Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks, respond well to changing priorities, pay attention to detail and demonstrate quality time management and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills and experience; ability to recognize, analyze and solve complex problems

Ability to handle confidential information and materials with the highest degree of professional responsibility

Ability to manage conflict and find common ground – a solid negotiator

Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications and data management systems

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

Demonstrated commitment to achieve measurable results and to hold self and others accountable
