This position is a part time position with hours of 10:00-4:30pm Monday-Thursday and 10:00-4:00 Fridays.
Essential Function & Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Check AP invoices for accuracy
Match AP invoices to purchase orders
Cut AP Checks
Balance AP statements
Accounts Receivable
Enter AR Checks recieved
Balance out deposit
Mail out invoices
Collections
Data Entry
Account Reconciliation
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Experience with construction accounting a plus
Understanding of Sub Contractor billing a plus
Excellent verbal and written skills
Intermediate knowledge of general computer programs
Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and prioritization skills with attention to details
