Our Budtenders are responsible for helping customers, checking them in/out, cash handling and customer service. We are seeking full-time motivated professionals who are passionate about working in the cannabis industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment
Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained
Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
Responsible for retail product knowledge
Answering the phone and greeting walk-in customers
Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system
Correct cash handling and discount application
Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles
Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers
Other duties as assigned by the Management Team
SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Desire to learn about our products
Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality
Fun attitude and strong work ethic
Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts and store location movement
Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year customer service experience preferred
1 year Cash handling experience preferred
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent minimum
Previous food service or retail experience preferred
REQUIREMENTS:
21 years of age
MMED Support or Key Badge
Reliable Transportation
Cannabis knowledge is preferred
Must be able to work weekends until 11:00 p.m.
COMPENSATION:
$12.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
