The Field Outreach Representative is responsible for going to large retail stores like Home Depot and Lowes to help promote energy efficient lighting or energy efficient evaporation coolers (swamp coolers that are used to cool houses). They will be in charge of educating the retail store about the product from training material they are given to them. They will explain the product to team and teach them selling points - candidate will NOT be responsible for direct sales, but instead educating retail employees how to sell product.
1. Customer Service - Will be interfacing with retail store employees and answering any questions they have on the product - will be responsible for showing minor demonstrations to retail teams

3. Inventory - making sure retail stores have proper inventory and displayed correctly - if store is running low, help them order more product
Schedule:
The schedule is full time Mon-Fri, 8-5pm. This position will start as soon as possible!
Qualifications:
-1-2 years Customer Service - candidate must have face-to-face customer service experience - this can come from retail or sales
-Must have diploma or GED, higher education preferred
-Must be able to work independently and follow tasks set by remote office
-Candidate must provide their own transportation to drive to and from retail stores - all mileage is reimbursed at $0.54/mile
-Must have clean MVR
