We are looking for a talented, smart, happy line cook / chef de cuisine to work and oversee saute, broiler, and pantry. You will lead a small team with enthusiasm, culinary acumen and good example. You will be responsible for daily operations behind the line and contribute to menu selection. Clean working habits, good communication skills and respect for co workers are a must. You must possess or obtain health certifications. This is a year round position with opportunity for managerial, financial and culinary growth. Ideally you are already a resident of the La Plata or San Juan County. $20 to $24 per hour DOE plus tips. We are open five days a week, 4 pm to 8 pm, Wed thru Sunday, year 'round.
