Mosaic is looking for families/couples and individuals willing to open their homes and their hearts to become Host Home Providers. Mosaic is a mission driven, faith-based agency with over 100 years of providing a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities. Host Home Providers are Independent Contractors who provide daily care and support to one or two people with intellectual disabilities in their homes.
Successful Host Home Providers:
Are compassionate, caring and nurturing
Desire to help others achieve their goals
Foster positive connections in the community
Are dedicated, detail oriented and honest
Possess strong problem solving skills
Possess basic computer skills
Have a good driving record
Have a reliable vehicle
All household members over 18 able to pass a background check
What we're looking for:
Located in and around Pueblo, CO
Homes with main level bedrooms for the person to live in. (not required)
Homes with minimal stairs. (not required)
Owners willing to adapt their home for wheelchair accessibility. (not required)
Helpful to have experience with behavioral supports. (not required)
Compensation:
Host Home Provider's receive $695 per month for Room and Board. They also receive an ADDITIONAL TAX FREE daily payment which varies from $44-$144 depending on the level of care needed for the individual.
