San Juan Basin Public Health is hiring a Public Health Nurse. This position serves as a resource for pediatrics, and community health care providers by providing care coordination assistance, resources, and assist with Pediatric Neurology and Rehabilitation clinics in the area. Experience navigating pediatric health care systems is preferred, but not required. This position is part time (30 hrs per week), with benefits. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado required. Position is scheduled to close 6/10/2019, or until an adequate pool is reached. The hiring wage range for this position is $24.51 to $30.64. New hires are typically made at or near the minimum of the hiring range; the full wage range is included on the job description.
