Under the Direction of the Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager, the Associate Recruiter is responsible for resume and application review, sourcing candidates from regional job pools, facilitating telephone screenings and holding standing group interviews with top candidates.

Essential Duties Include the Following:

Identify sources for recruitment in core service areas in New Mexico and Texas and refresh weekly jobs listings online and prepare and post weekly jobs listing to appropriate recruitment sources

Collaborate with regional recruitment sources including, but not limited to, college and university settings to create pools of RBT Internship applicants

Market local positions over social media platforms and promote our internal employee referral program

Conduct regular phone interviews with candidates for entry level behavioral healthcare positions and internship seats

Promote companys reputation as a top workplaceQualifications

Highly professional

Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

Ability to conduct interviews via multiple modalities (structured, competency based, behavioral based, etc.)

Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision making skills

General knowledge of best practice in human resources and recruiting

General Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general database management

Education and/or Experience

An advanced degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Human Services or Education is preferable.

2 years of customer service experience preferred

Writing Skills - Ability to produce careful documentation for employee human resource files, in accordance with best practice. Ability to write in English and produce written material with appropriate grammar preferred.

Language Skills - Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from your direct supervisor, employees, job candidates and community partners when appropriate.

Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, pictorial or schedule form. Ability to demonstrate good judgment and efficiency during decision-making.

Collaboration - Ability to work collaboratively with others. Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate efficient use of time.

Professionalism - Ability to portray a professional, polished appearance and communication Excellent technological skills and ability to learn new systems quickly using cloud based servers, software and online applicant tracking systems.

Availability Requirements

20-25 hours per week to start

Must be available M-F during typical office hours 8am-6pm MT
