ARAMARK/Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas, located in Bullfrog, UT is now hiring a qualified candidates for a full-time seasonal Human Resources Trainer in Bullfrog, Utah.

The Human Resources Trainer will be conducting New Hire Orientation and other training programs for our seasonal staff. This role also provides Human Resources support and exceptional guest service and confidentiality to employees.
Duties include coordinating the training schedule, conducting training to include group presentations and hands-on learning, assisting with on-boarding and answering HR inquiries, etc. The trainer will also drive a company vehicle on an as needed basis.
Qualified applicants will possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates will possess excellent presentation skills and confidence in public speaking, the ability to work in a diverse environment with a focus on client expectations and exceptional customer service.
This is a great opportunity to start your professional career in HR if you come from a retail or food & beverage background with some lead, supervisory and/or training experience!
This is a seasonal position starting ASAP and ending September 30, 2019.
A valid driver's license is required. Housing available.
