Overview: Coldwell Banker is one of the only real estate brokerages in the four corners to employ a full-time in-house Media & Marketing Department. The Media Department manages the marketing, technology and training at the brokerage. This position will assist the Media Director with any and all of the following:
Photography/Videography
- Scheduling and processing all photo & video shoots (including 3D tours)
- Photo Archiving and storage
Graphic Design - Overseeing all visual design elements for the brokerage including:
- Lobby posters
- Print ads for the Durango Herald
- Design and Production of brokerage magazines
- Flyer designs
- Newsletters
- Ad banners and other online advertising.
- Updating broker content to include: Buyer's Packet, Listing Presentation, Checklists, handouts, etc
Broker Training
New Agent orientations, Media Team Trainings (i.e. Creating a Marketing Plan/Budget, Advertising with Social Media, Contact Relationship Management, etc).
Marketing
- Manage Brokerage Social Media Sites
- Monitor Google Analytics
- Google Adwords Campaigns
- Ad content writing
Technology
- Email and data storage
- Phones & Internet
- Printer & Scanners (setting up devices to work with printer/scanner and troubleshooting issues)
- Setting up and running computer/projector for meetings.
- Managing MLS IDX feeds (listing syndication to all real estate websites)
Important: We are hiring for a full time annual position. You must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This position requires periodic travel in and around the Durango area so you must have a reliable form of transportation.
